Which defects and repairs are the responsibility of the shareholder, and which are the responsibility of the housing company? The table available on our website is intended as a general guideline only. Responsibilities may be defined differently in your housing company’s Articles of Association. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a tenant in a housing company property (As Oy), do not independently order repairs that fall under the shareholder’s responsibility. Always contact your landlord first.
